MegaRAID and LCP Buildsoft Technology Forge Strategic Collaboration for Chamber-Link Cross-Border B2B Ecosystem

[Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 18 April 2025]

MegaRAID Technologies Pte Ltd and LCP Buildsoft Technology (M) Sdn Bhd officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today to mark the beginning of a strategic collaboration between the two companies.

The signing ceremony was held at the Triune Centre in Kuala Lumpur and attended by Frank Ho (Managing Director, MegaRAID), KK (Tech Director, MegaRAID), Henry Lim Chin Poo (Managing Director, LCP Buildsoft Technology), and Yedda Lee (Tech Director, LCP Buildsoft Technology).

The MOU outlines three major areas of collaboration:

1. Chatbot Distribution & Technical Partnership – LCP is appointed as the non-exclusive distributor for the SOBOT AI Chatbot in Malaysia, supported by MegaRAID as the main technical provider.

2. Chamber-Link Ecosystem Integration – A dual-platform API integration will connect Chamber-Link and MegaRAID, enabling merchants and business communities from both Malaysia and Singapore to connect and collaborate.

3. Singapore Grant Collaboration – The parties will jointly pursue opportunities under the Enterprise Singapore MRA Grant, with the goal of expanding LCP’s Chamber-Link into the Singapore market through MegaRAID's local expertise and network.

This partnership signifies a cross-border effort to enhance the digital B2B landscape across Malaysia and Singapore, combining AI, commerce, and connectivity into one powerful ecosystem.
